Clayton, NC Clayton, NC Full-time Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year $50,000 - $60,000 a year Under the general direction of the General Manager and the Onlines Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative shall perform a variety of services to assist in our online sales program.
These functions will include responding to, qualifying, and managing leads and customer requests for new homes.
This is an office position and candidate needs to be within driving distance of our offices (Clayton and Raeford, NC).
Responsibilities:
Understands the principles of customer service and recognizes that exceptional service often requires a shocking level of response.
In this role also a shocking level of follow-up.
Crucial that each interaction is treated as a customer, both internal and external.
Communicate and project the Red Door Homes customer centric Experience projecting a positive and well thought out attitude to all customers and employees through all forms of communication (writing, verbal, appearance).
Practice these tasks as instructed and trained by Do You Convert - online sales training and continuing education.
Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately Qualify each lead based on needs Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment for our on-site Dream Home Specialists Provide relevant information and marketing material to prospects Respond to any routed calls and voicemails for missed calls Work with each prospective client to determine best office and floor plan, etc.
Utilize and be proficient in the company's lead management software - Lasso Utilize video emails routinely in typical and long term follow up Create and deliver on-going e-mail campaigns Maintain consistent follow up of long-term prospects using targeted mass mailing and prospecting calls Responsible to track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.

Scheduled and Kept Appointments d.
Sales Conversion Responsible for keeping current with website information and suggesting updates as necessary Monitor third-party websites and online advertising Continually research the competition and their online activities Attends and participates in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Additional responsibility as needed PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:
Commitment and mastery of Do You Convert's proven sales process Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision In depth understanding of all website information and collateral materials of Red Door Homes People skills to handle communication articulately and professionally with prospects, customers, and employees.
Writing ability to document notes form leads as well as emails and other inter office or external communication.
Organizational aptitude to manage the communication routing, processing and maintain related files.
Multi-tasking and managing time well.
Computer aptitude and willingness to learn to process needed data and to communicate via Lasso, Calendly, Outlook, Google Docs as well as the Microsoft Suite of programs, experience is a requirement.

Unanswered Call percentages Lead conversion Kept appointments Accuracy and timeliness of assigned special projects against goals Quality of team relationships You must be an outgoing superstar on the phone, a wizard with email, and extremely comfortable using computer programs.
Previous remote experience a must with a dedicated quite home office space required.
Previous experience over the phone and Saturday work required.
