The ideal candidate will have a calm, caring and pleasant personality and be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 years current front desk work experience in a medical practice is required.
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Allscripts experience a plus.
Positive attitude, punctuality and dependability a must! Job
Summary:
Greet patients and visitors with professional demeanor Patient check-in and check-out duties Collect co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles Answer incoming calls Schedule and make changes to patient appointments Obtain and accurately enter and/or update patient demographic information Verify insurance eligibility Patient referrals This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday).
