- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out patients and verify any insurances they may have - Schedule appointments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care, customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent phone etiquette - Ability to provide exceptional patient relations and resolve issues effectively - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required At our office, we value our Front Desk Associates as they are the first point of contact for our patients.
