Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department - Manage appointments and check-ins for patients - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services or products - Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry
Experience:
